With Subscription Plan, we will host your NetConsole/Timesheet application on our SSL-Secured hosting facility. All you need is a web browser. We will perform all the server maintenance, daily database backup and free product upgrades. Subscription Plan comes with our premium Technical Support.
A minimum amount of 10 users is required.
The one-year term discounted price is based on a 12-month contract. You will get 10% discount for a 24-month contract, and 15% discount for a 36-month contract. A month-to-month contract is also available for a higher rate (see above pricing table).
An initial one-time setup fee of $250 will be applied to all Subscription Plans. You will get a dedicated database set up for your own NetConsole/Timesheet site with your company graphic logo on the top banner of the application, which will help you identify your own NetConsole/Timesheet site.
You will get an initial disk space of 100 MB for your data storage. An additional $25 per month per site will be applied for each additional 25 MB block if over 100 MB.
An average of 20 MB per year growth rate on the database disk space is estimated for a 1000-user company.
CC&C will customize NetConsole/Timesheet for you free for up to 20 hours if you have subscribed 100 users or more. Any additional customization above 20 hours will be charged based on Time and Material. Our charge rate is $ 85 an hour for all product-related customization.
You will receive all the upgrades and new versions during your subscription period. We will also perform daily database backup for your Subscription sites.
CC&C will maintain the maximum server uptime. If the application server is down for more than 3 consecutive days, we will refund you that month's subscription fee.
