Press Release (version 3.0) -
Long have been waited, NetConsole/Timesheet v.3.0, our newest
siginificant upgrade, has arrived!
With v3.0, now you can save a "favorite" Timesheet as the default
Timesheet to be served as template for future reference,
submit Timesheet with comments and email option to supervisors,
approve and disapprove Timesheet with comments and email notices to subordinates,
or even undo an approved Timesheet by supervisors !
With the new Timesheet Audit Trail capability, you will enjoy a quick view on all
the Timesheet activities, including all the submissions, approvals or disapproval
actions. This Timesheet Audit Trail is fully compliant with DCAA standard to trace
your Timesheet's historical steps.
The newly improved Billing and Payroll modules has the capability of
producing summary reports in Tabulate, List, Tree, Matrix and Bar Chart formats
with drill-down and Ad-Hoc functionality.
The new "Billing Analysis" function
is an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) tool to generate billing reports
for any number of selected Clients, Projects, Groups and Users in any dimensions
and in any column sequences, which provides a powerful analytical view of your
Timesheet billing data for your financial planning.
In Payroll module, besides the existing Employee Profitability Reports, we have
included an ADP-ready output reports, which outputs regular hours, over-time hours
and complies complex exemption status in the reports. You can then import the outputs
into ADP Payroll for Windows software to upload the your collected Timesheet data
to ADP data center.
Among other improved system admin features, we have also developed a powerful
function to define user's accessibility to the system. This new function, Access Manager,
use an intuitive way to grant a user access to different system menu and resources. The
newly improved Module, Function and Template managers also give you an easier way to
define the system security control.
The new function "System Structure View" gives you the power to plot the relationship
bwteen all your system data, such as your Clients, Projects, Groups and Users and their
relationship. Reports are also in Tabulate, List, Tree, Matrix and Bar Chart formats.
If you are new to administer NetConsole/Timesheet, our new "Wizard" function will guide
you through to help you in setting up the system.
We have also improved the navigation and display functionality across the system, so you
can resize any display windows, toggle some display columns, such as Charge Codes, Project
Names or Project Descriptions. The Group Control now is down to Task level should you need
further control over your tasks (activities).

Finally, NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v.2.0, our newly improved package, has arrived!
In addition to the many features previously provided, we now offer several new ones,
including an expense report module, an email reminder and notification function,
as well as advanced multi-level system administrator capabilities.
The expense module allows you and your employees to keep track of the company expenses
that have been made. Also, the status of any expense report can be checked, so the user
may determine the amount spent, the item it was spent on, whether or not s/he should be
reimbursed, etc. Based on this information, the supervisor can then approve or disapprove
an expense report. This new module will take away the annoyance of dealing with
unnecessarily tedious paperwork.
To get rid of the hassle of constantly writing emails, we have added email reminder and
late submission notification capabilities. Instead of having to remember to send a
timesheet reminder email every week, our new system will send it automatically for you.
Also, in conjunction with our timesheet feature, an email will immediately be sent to
notify those who have failed to submit their timesheets on time. Finally, Project managers
will also have available an automatically generated email sent to employees with disapproved
timesheets.
Our newly designed, advanced multi-level system administrator capabilities now allow the
creation of different levels of system administration within your company. Each different
level of management will only be able to view their own projects and subordinates.
This capability is a great improvement in our product and now allows you to have
greater control over your users.

Our newest versions, NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v.1.80 and v.1.81, have just been released.
Among the many features provided in NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v.1.50, v1.80 has a customization
option. This allows you to customize the product's appearance! Use your own company logo
and graphics. You can edit the text on each main page and customize the background/menu bar color.
NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v.1.81 includes all this, plus it supports an Oracle backend, so that we
can satisfy more of your needs.

For purposes of convenience, NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v.1.70 provides a variety of new features!
We now give you a choice of either
a bi-monthly or a weekly pay period timesheet. ECR's can now be categorized and viewed by project. Under the Billing module,
employee summary reports and invoices are now available. You can break down each employee's information by charge code,
by project or by time period.

NetConsoleTM/Timesheet v1.50 is here!
Our latest version has added many new features, including: CorpNews, Group
Email and the ECR/Project Management System.
With CorpNews you have a company intranet center. Look for the bulletin board on your login screen
filled with news flashes, notices and announcements. Just click on one of the items to
get the detailed story.
Group Email lets you send messages without leaving NetConsoleTM/Timesheet.
Send email messages to your fellow
employees and customers on a group basis. Just highlight the recipients you want
and post your message, there's no need type or search for email addresses.
With ECR/Project Management System, project managers and coordinators can keep track of the real-time progress of their projects
and activities.
Submit requests for any tasks on your project such as engineering changes and modifications.
The ECR/Project Management System organizes the details of these requests for your review.
