CC&C NetConsole/Timesheet - Billing Module

Use Billing - "Quick Summary" function to get up-to-the-minute Timesheet hours for selected Clients by Project, Charge Codes, Time Periods and Employees.
Use Billing - "Billing Analysis" function to analyze the distribution of Timesheet hours among different Clients, Projects, Groups and Users.
Use Billing - "Billing Output" function to output day-to-day timesheet data for selected Clients, Projects/Tasks, Employees and Time Periods.
Use Billing - "Invoicing - Output TS" function to output employee's Timesheets for invoicing purposes.

New Features in Billing Module

The new function "Invoicing - Output TS" under the Billing module has been developed to produce a customized "Output Timesheet" Report. This new function is similar to the existing "Output Timesheet" function (under SysAdmin module), but Billing Managers now have the capability to customize the "Output Timesheet" reports by selecting only the desired Charge Codes to be include in the timesheets for billing purposes.
This new function is very useful when customers need to attach employees' Timesheet Forms to bill their clients. The current "Output Timesheet" reports display user's entire real Timesheets for Payroll purposes, which may consist of many non-billable or personal leave information.
"Billing Output" has been updated to include a "Task" column. The "Task" column may now be selected for the report. Users may also choose the charge rate for charge amounts from either Charge Code's Charge Rate, or Employee's Charge Rate. Also, two optional columns have been included in the report: "Employee ID" and "Department".
